To ensure you are eligible for partial medicare rebate, you need a GP referral. The referral must be dated on the date of, or before, the day of your appointment, and should be less than 12 months old.

If you have obtained a referral from a consultant or a specialist, this referral will only be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Please bring to your appointment any recent test, pathology, or scan results you may have.
